The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, recommendations, and conversational responses based on your wellness data. When you submit journal entries, assessment responses, or chat messages, that content may be sent to third-party AI providers to produce a response.

AI-generated content is advisory and may be inaccurate. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis service directly.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we remove or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
